6 Ways to Get Marketing Value from Your Quality Management Certification

So your audit is complete, and your SQA auditor has just awarded your company with a well-deserved Quality Management Certification. How can you make sure your employees, customers and prospects know about it, too?

  1. Create a landing page on your company website that lists all certifications.
  2. Distribute a press release.
  3. Create an internal and external Email Campaign focused on the certification process and how it benefits your customers and suppliers.
  4. Send a letter from your company leaders to customers, vendors and prospects.
  5. Post on company-branded social media tools, such as Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook.
  6. Celebrate the accomplishment internally with employees to increase morale and support ongoing adherence to quality management.

If you use the (SQA mark) in your promotional materials, there are several guidelines you must follow. These guidelines are in place to ensure:

  • Scope of certification
  • Technical accuracy
  •  Correct use of registrar’s mark of certification
