- Client training (education). Once a year, at our Akron, Ohio, office, we offer a free day of training for your company and your stakeholders. And if you can't attend, all of the presentations and videos are available in our Customer Training Portal online, so that training is available to you and your team any time you need it. Use it as a tool to onboard new employees, or use it as a refresher course for team members.
- Account management (preparation). With SQA, your auditor is your account manager, giving you direct access to the person who performs and schedules your audit. Having one direct point of contact streamlines the process for you and helps you avoid having to do extra work managing the certification process. And our auditors are backed up by a full-time staff to assist you.
