Operations Support Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY:
This full-time position supports our operations team by managing and tracking audit activities for clients and auditors.  It also supports routine business workflow, special projects, records control and administrative support to management, auditors and other administrative staff.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Compiling Accreditation client packages for submission for review and approval of certification/recertification.
  • Updates and maintains client database.
  • Tracks non-conformance issues; maintains record control and provides operational support to auditors.
  • Compiles audit package materials for Auditors.
  • Issues Auditor Performance Evaluation forms to clients following an audit event and communicates feedback.
  • Performs special projects and other duties as directed by Management.
  • Responds to client inquiries.
  • Monitors and maintains accrediting organization information.
  • Conducts monthly audits of the OASIS and IATF databases.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
 
  • High school diploma and two to three years’ experience in clerical work or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
  • Friendly, courteous telephone manner and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with clients, staff and field personnel.

COMPUTER SKILLS:  To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of:

Contact Management Systems software

Internet software

Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel, with a working knowledge of additional Microsoft Office Suite software
